Upgrade Dance Competition has four qualifying events in Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland (NZ) & Singapore leading to a huge finals event on the Sunshine Coast. Produced by Taneikah Wescomebe, this year’s event promises to be yet another ripper!
Rumble Dance Competition is a major, long-running Australian hip-hop dance event, run by Rhys Hume. It started in Brisbane, supporting and showcasing community dancers from junior to senior levels, featuring workshops, epic performances, and nationally recognized judges. It will be my first time attending this event. It is advertised as a Brisbane premium competition designed to showcase amateur dancers and allow every competitor to shine. I’m really lookign forward to participating and sharing my experience with you.

I really hope to be able to make it to the GTB finals. It is a well-run event that showcases fantastic dancers in every category.
